Product availability

For some products, we offer the option to order the item in advance if it is not in stock at the moment but it is on its way. We will inform you once the item is available on site and the expected delivery date.

Please note: If you order two or more products at a time, they may have different delivery, suppliers and availability. If this is the case, you may receive your item separately at different times or on different days.

VAT & Delays

Please be aware that we cannot offer VAT refunds to overseas customers ordering goods to be delivered to a Malaysia address.

We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur. We will let you know if we become aware of any unexpected delays.

Recycling

If you are having your new product delivered, we’ll disconnect your old product for you. Our-in-home recycling service applies to large kitchen appliances and TVs over 39’’.
Built-in / integrated appliances should be disconnected and completely removed from their housing and refrigeration appliances should be fully defrosted and free of water.
