FAQ

  1. First quotation will be provided after gather the details.
  2. Schedule an appointment for site visit for final quotation.
  3. The cost is vary based on the postcode and location that source/destination resided.
    Standard charges : 2 ton with 2 person start from RM600 onwards ; 3 ton with 3 person start from RM1000 onwards.
  4. Our package included : dismantle/assemble, wrapping services
  5. All of our lorry come with metal box. The furniture & electrical item would not be exposed to rain.
  6. Mover operation hours : 11am to 7pm, 40 minutes break lunch. Mover job needs to be booked two weeks in advance.

Term and Condition

  • Additional charges movers / ton / floor for buildings without operating lifts.
  • No hazardous nor illegal materials are to be transported, not limited to: weapons, drugs, explosives, gases, flammable liquids, or any radioactive material.
  • No valuable items (cash,diamond,watches or etc)shall be move during move. We are not liable for any losses of items during the moving process.
  • CSH Mover reserves the right to impose additional charges should any of the following unforeseen circumstances occur, but not limited to:
    1. Additional staircases that were not made aware to CSH Mover during the quotation process.
    2. Additional bulky items that were not made aware to CSH Mover during the quotation process.
    3. Lifts that were out of service during the move resulted in the use of a staircase to move the items.
    4. The presence of narrow lift(s) that could not fit large items that are being moved, resulted in the need for CSH Mover to use the staircase to move the items.
